Dom's Italian Oven Roasted Halibut

4 halibut fillets (or Cod or other firm white fish)
2 tablespoons Dom DeLuise Italian Blend
1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
½ cup Parmesan cheese
lemon wedges

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking sheet with Pam or olive oil spray. Rinse and pat dry fillets. Season with Dom's Italian Blend. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dredge fish fillets in breadcrumbs and cheese mixture.

Bake, uncovered for about six minutes, or until fish flakes and breadcrumbs are golden. Serve with lemon wedges.

Serves 4

This dish is lovely accompanied by roasted fresh asparagus for a delicious and light lunch or dinner.
