Dom's Pumpkin Soup

3 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups cooked pumpkin
2 cans chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon Dom DeLuise All-Purpose Blend
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup sour cream

In a large skillet, sauté carrots and onions in butter until soft and golden brown.. In a large pot, combine pumpkin, chicken broth, and milk. Add cooked carrots and onions. With a wand hand blender, puree until smooth. Season with Dom's All-Purpose Blend and nutmeg. Bring to a boil and let simmer till ready to serve.

Top each bowl with a small dollop of sour cream.

Serves 4
